What You'll Do?
Have a deep understanding of the Rocketlane platform and competitive landscape.
Lead technical discovery and deliver presentations that explain Rocketlane’s offering to prospective customers.
Understand prospect’s functional/ technical wishlist and showcase how Rocketlane can meet and beat the wishlist
Create and deliver tailored demos that can showcase the wishlist, and the uniqueness of the Rocketlane platform.
Own and execute proof of concepts (POCs)
Respond to functional and technical components of RFIs/RFPs
Convey feature inputs and customer requirements to the Product team
Handle technical and functional objections
What Makes You Qualified?
2-3 years of experience in a Pre Sales & Solutioning role in a SaaS startup environment
Demonstration of critical product and consumer thinking during his/her career.
Has a good understanding of APIs and a good ability to troubleshoot issues
Excellent communication skills and experience dealing with multiple stakeholders
Experience with technical business documentation like workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, RFPs and RFIs, etc.
Outstanding technical problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution
Proficient in delivering software demonstrations in-person and virtually
Customer obsessed mindset with a knack for understanding and solving problems.
Flexible to work in the Night shift
