Job Overview:


What You'll Do?

  • Have a deep understanding of the Rocketlane platform and competitive landscape.

  • Lead technical discovery and deliver presentations that explain Rocketlane’s offering to prospective customers.

  • Understand prospect’s functional/ technical wishlist and showcase how Rocketlane can meet and beat the wishlist

  • Create and deliver tailored demos that can showcase the wishlist, and the uniqueness of the Rocketlane platform.

  • Own and execute proof of concepts (POCs)

  • Respond to functional and technical components of RFIs/RFPs

  • Convey feature inputs and customer requirements to the Product team

  • Handle technical and functional objections


What Makes You Qualified?

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Pre Sales & Solutioning role in a SaaS startup environment

  • Demonstration of critical product and consumer thinking during his/her career.

  • Has a good understanding of APIs and a good ability to troubleshoot issues

  • Excellent communication skills and experience dealing with multiple stakeholders

  • Experience with technical business documentation like workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, RFPs and RFIs, etc.

  • Outstanding technical problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution 

  • Proficient in delivering software demonstrations in-person and virtually

  • Customer obsessed mindset with a knack for understanding and solving problems.

  • Flexible to work in the Night shift
