Role overview

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our Product Management team and the GTM Teams (Marketing, Sales, and Success) to ensure the success of our products from acquisition to adoption.

You will take a holistic view of the go-to-market strategy, identifying areas of opportunity and enabling effective communication of the product's value to the market.

This role will require you to take ownership of the platform throughout a prospect and customer journey, enabling campaigns to reach the target market effectively.

What you will do

Buyer persona research - Conduct thorough buyer persona research - Identify target audiences' needs, pain points, and preferences to align product development with market demands.

Competitive intelligence - Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to understand market trends and positioning. Utilize competitive insights to inform product differentiation and marketing strategies.

Market, customer, and competitive analysis - Engage with prospective buyers to gather valuable feedback and insights on our products.

Product and feature launches - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to take new features to prospects and customers, aiming to drive the success of the feature through new business opportunities or increased adoption.

Product messaging and positioning - Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates our organization in the market.

This role is ideal for candidates who

1)Have 1-5 years of experience as a SaaS Product Marketer.
2)Exhibit a growth mindset, possess high agency, and always seek to learn about various facets of the business.
3)Are well-rounded communicators, led by empathy, capable of effectively conveying ideas and enabling others to do their best work.
4)Thrive in an innovative and agile environment; have a passion for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
5)Have experience working with marketing teams and understand which channels to leverage to best position the product and maximize impact.
