Job Overview:
What You’ll Do:
Manage substantial monthly ad spends across paid channels and affiliates, optimising CPL, Cost-per-SAL, and conversion rates.
Drive aggressive experimentation with new growth projects, channels, and content.
Test and iterate continuously, pushing boundaries to find new growth drivers.
Be world-class at data, scraping, and scripting—this is where the real wins happen.
Monitor and improve performance across the acquisition funnel.
You should apply if:
You have 5-7 years of B2B experience with hands-on ownership of paid channels and leading growth hacks. You’re obsessed with numbers and creating measurable revenue impact, operating with a sense of urgency and a get-things-done attitude. You’ve likely run side projects on growth, have solid proof of work, and actively contribute to growth communities.
