The Team


We’re a mighty group of ~100 passionate individuals excited about building a product that professional services and customer onboarding teams and leaders love. We have raised $21M (and we rapped about it!) in funding led by 8VC, Matrix Partners and Nexus Venture Partners.


About the Role 


The Post Sales team at Rocketlane comprises 3 sub teams - Professional Services (Onboarding & implementation), Product Support &  Customer Success. The CS Ops role sits right between the 3 teams and leadership. 


Responsibilities 


Performance Monitoring and Data Analysis:

Partner with Operations on goal setting, tracking and reporting.


Regularly monitor performances of teams, projects and team members. 


Coordinate with different functions  on data, crunch numbers for internal stakeholders

Data Management & Dashboarding:

Create, design and publish different dashboards for different teams, stakeholders and executive

Maintain and update the dashboard on weekly,  and a monthly basis


Business Analysis and Insights Generation:

Perform Adhoc analysis on data to derive actionable insights. 


Utilize past trends to forecast support tickets, upsell opportunities, churn and other metrics as required. 


Craft compelling narratives that tie insights to business objectives.

Process Improvement & SOP Development:

Ideate and strategize with the RevOps & Post-Sales team to identify opportunities for improving existing processes.


Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency across the organization.


Communicate with internal stakeholders and get the relevant teams to adopt the updated processes. 

Qualifications


1+ year or more in reporting, dashboarding, business analysis or Operations role.


Strong analytical and quantitative skills


Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel. SQL is a plus


Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams


Experience in performance monitoring and analysis


Ability to synthesize data and extract key insights


Working experience on Salesforce. Having a Salesforce Admin certification is an advantage. 


Experience in building dashboards on Tableau (higher preference) or Power BI is a plus


Experience in the SaaS or related fields is a plus


Working knowledge of python is a plus
