With a mission to deliver chaos-free, consistent, accelerated, and delightful customer journeys through its purpose-built software the company was founded in April 2020 by second-time entrepreneur trio - Srikrishnan, Vignesh, and Deepak. Previously, the trio built a successful in-app messaging startup that was acquired by Freshworks (NASDAQ: FRSH) in 2015.

What’s the opportunity?

With a product that has accomplished strong, early product-market fit, we’re building a Global Sales team and are looking to hire an exceptional, dynamic and driven sales intern to play a key role to help aid the sales team become more successful.

What will I be doing?

Sales Support:

Help our Sales team with trial setup

Help build custom presentations to outbound into VC portfolio companies

Account research / linkedin account maps

Participate in sales calls to observe and learn the sales process.

Collect and organize project templates, reports to help create demo instances for different use cases.


CRM Management:

Contribute to maintaining and updating customer/lead data in the CRM system.

Validate and enrich data to ensure accuracy and completeness.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with the Revenue Operations team to assist in data enrichment and validation processes.

Support initiatives from the CEO's office team, gaining exposure to various aspects of company operations.


What experience do I need?

Enthusiastic about SaaS and technology.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

Eagerness to learn and contribute to various aspects of sales, operations, and customer engagement.
